This Toronado x Blackline filly was an excellent buy at a challenging Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. She is VOBIS qualified and will race for the lucrative bonuses here in Victoria and paid up for the Magic Millions Race Series. You rarely find a horse of this quality is eligible for both. 

She was purchased from Musk Creek Farm for just $75,000.

It’s a family Shane knows well, having trained Listed winner Tahitian Dancer who was a wonderful mare for the stable. She features prominently on the page. She was a tough filly, winning a Stakes race in Brisbane, and we had a lot of fun racing her. Shane also purchased the Stakes winner Rokanori as a yearling.

This filly is a lovely filly with a beautiful action, and an excellent base is there to work on with her.

Toronado continues to go from strength to strength as a stallion adding two further Group 1 winners to his tally last season. 

She has completed her breaking and has been given a good break to continue to develop. She is due back into Shane's Mornington stable in the coming weeks.
