Too Darn Hot has started his stud career in emphatic fashion both sides of the equator. A Group 1 winner in his first crop in each hemisphere with Fallen Angel and Broadsiding both adding to their tally at three.

Too Darn Hot broke records as the Champion First Season Sire for winners and prizemoney and has continued his winning run with his first crop into their classic year. 

 

He is fresh off an outstanding weekend of results with Broadsiding winning the Group 1 Golden Rose in his first start at three following the win of Perspiration in the Listed Heritage Stakes, both at Rosehill Gardens.

 

That followed the overnight success of Hotazhell in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes in Ireland.  

 

Our colt ex Imoto was purchased at the Magic Millions on the Gold Coast before the rush of winners for his sire and now looks like he was secured at excellent value of just $100,000 by Shane Nichols Racing.

 

He breezed through breaking and has already completed several preps at Shane Nichols' Mornington Stable.

 

Too Darn Hot was considered too valuable to continue shuttling such was the start to his Stud career and that puts colt like these at a premium.
